ALJEFF Treatment Centre Recovery Programme is a non-residential programme for alcoholics, other drug and behavior dependency issues.
The ALJEFF Centre offers a safe drug-free environment in which we provide an intensive, wide-ranging programme of rehabilitation that aims to give individuals the practical skills and emotional resolve to live a healthy, dependency-free life.
The programme represents a holistic approach to lasting recovery, one that addresses all aspects of a person’s life, emotional, social, physical, psychological and cognitive aspects of selfhood. The programme is an abstinence-based approach to recovery developed from 12-Step Model.
Individuals over the age of eighteen who are in recovery from alcohol / other drug addiction and /or behavioral compulsions who have a desire to rebuild their lives and enjoy a fulfilling life free of addiction.
We accept referrals from General Physicians, Voluntary, Community, Statutory and self-referrals.
The Programme runs for 8 weeks for each client and is an ongoing rolling programme, so individuals can begin by joining an existing group and will then be expected to join all aspects of the weekly timetable.
Participants will be guided through the programme with the aid of written assignments, therapy groups and workshops. Individuals are recommended to attend outside self-help support groups.
The Programme consists of a weekly timetable designed to support, educate and stimulate individuals ongoing recovery with the use of group therapy, meditation, education presentations, peer support, relapse prevention, family support programme, work / education involvement, offering information and understanding to families and concerned persons.
