ALJEFF staff work closely with different agencies in the provision of a holistic service. The services provided include, information, Advice and Crisis Support (to both clients and staff).

Individuals experiencing homelessness are often suffers from severe stress caused by the situation in which they find themselves. It is not surprising therefore; those individuals experiencing difficulties coping with life very often turn to alcohol or other drugs in their attempts to escape this painful reality. The provision of counselling service helps to identify the level of substance dependence or addiction.
